SERVING the East London Community for over 27 years, offering Home Based Palliative Care to members in our Community who are suffering from debilitating illnesses. Examples of such are, Cancer, Motor Neuron Disease, Multiple Sclerosis ; HIV/AIDS, Multi Drug Resistant TB, etc. Our Qualified Nurses and trained carers also offer emotional support and counseling, which extends into the bereavement period to their families.
