Without the generous funding from local and international funders the purchase of our new Nursing Department Vehicle would not have been possible.  This VW Polo replaced our Corsa Lite that was 17 years old.

After 17 years of travelling on uneven terrain and roads to and from patients living in and around East London, ZA,  our much used Corsa Lite was becoming a dreaded burden with repairs, maintenance and towing fees.  Corporate Liaison, Dawn Schmidt took it upon herself to source this type of VEHICLE SPECIFIC funding from various funders so that St Bernard’s Hospice would eventually be able to  purchase a new vehicle.   You can imagine our delight when all her hard work came to fruition and our bran new VW Polo was paid and ready for collection.
